Formed in 1870 after the court case which gave tile making rights to Minton Hollins and Co, this was Colin Minton Campbell's way of retaining the Minton name for time manufacture by his company. Produced a wide range of tiles, but not encaustic tiles. In business to the early 1920s, then turned entirely to useful wares.
