Peggy Angus (1904-1993) was an artist, teacher and designer of flat patterns. After World War II she designed wallpaper and a range of ceramic tiles for Carter & Co. Her designs were very modern and based on lino printed designs which were reproduced by Carter & Co using their newly developed screen printing techniques. In 1980 she began working with Diana Hall for whom she also designed tiles.
